We do not resell or give out our customers' information unless we are required to do so by law. We do not store customer payment information on our servers.
We charge sales tax within the state of Illinois. We are not able to collect sales tax in other states at this time. If you want to resell our product and you or your customers that you want us to drop ship to are located in Illinois, we would need to get a resale certificate for Illinois
There are no restocking fees, but returns must follow a few rules outlined below:
To return or exchange products, please email us to first obtain a return authorization (RA) number. Without an approved RA number marked on the return package, we will not be able to issue any refund or offer an exchange.
All exchange or return claims must be made within 14 calendar days from receipt of product.
Items must be returned unused and undamaged, in original packaging and in resalable condition.
Account credit or refund is made for the cost of returned products only. You are liable only for shipping costs.
If your return is due to a product defect or shipping error on our part, we will refund or credit the shipping costs as well.
Returns must be delivered to our warehouse within 14 calendar days from day when we send you your RA number.
We cannot refund or provide credit on any items returned to our warehouse that do not comply with any of the above criteria. Such items can be sent back to customer at the customer’s expense. We need to have these limits to ensure that we can operate efficiently and continue to provide good prices and fast service.

Not more than $1000 worth of goods may be returned for refund or exchange within a given period of 30 days, unless the returns are due to defect or mis-shipment (those orders are not counted towards this maximum). This means that we will not accept refund requests worth over $1000 or if we already have pending or issued refunds for $1000 or more on orders placed within a 30 day range in any direction from the order currently in question.
We can only arrange for returns or exchanges with the company or individual who originally ordered the goods in question directly from us. If you have purchased our goods via a distributor or retailer, please talk to them about the issue that you may be having.
